What You'll Do:

• Perform inspections of customer properties to identify deficiencies in the structure and how wildlife entered.

• Trapping and removal of wildlife from property.

• Document findings with detailed notes and photographs.

• Provide exceptional customer service with a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor.

• Perform repairs and exclusion work to prevent wildlife entry.

• Maintain and operate a company vehicle safely.

• Coordinate scheduling with customers and office staff.

• Contribute to a positive team environment.

• Generate estimates and assist in sales.

• Participate in daily training for professional, personal, and financial growth.

 

What You'll Need:

• A positive attitude and a passion for serving customers.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to work around insects, rodents, wildlife, and occasionally unsanitary conditions.

• Ability to use a ladder and work at heights.

• Ability to work in confined spaces.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Proficiency with computers, smartphones, internet browsers, CRM software, Zoom, and email.

• Professional appearance and willingness to wear a company uniform.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

• A teachable and trainable mindset.

• Must obtain a Connecticut Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator (NWCO) license.

• Must have a Massachusetts Problem Animal Control (PAC) license  to be considered for the position.

 

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $25.00 per hour + overtime pay, commission, bonuses, and performance bonuses.
