Pest Control Field Service Representative/Technician

POSITION SUMMERY

 The pest control industry is a rapidly growing and ever-changing field. Nukingstreet is a growing company that is adapting to changes within the industry. We are searching for quality applicants that want to obtain a career in pest control and grow with us. Pest Control Field Service Representatives are the front line of our company. They travel to appointments at customer’s properties, are responsible for identifying, documenting, and solving pest issues while delivering a positive customer service experience.

 

ABOUT NUKINGSTREET

 We serve our customers by solving their pest issues, protecting their health and property, delivering superior customer service experience, and making it easy for them to do business with us.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Situation analysis of infestation and sanitation levels.

• Taking corrective measures to bring infestation levels to proper threshold levels.

• Take detailed notes and photographs during inspections.

• Interacting with people in a calm, courteous and professional manner.

• Ensuring the safe use of chemicals according to labeling instructions.

• Some minor repair/exclusion work.

• Safe driving, maintenance, and care of company vehicle.

• Coordinate scheduling work with customers and office staff.

• Say “Hi” to the boss during the day.

• Create estimates for customers and assist in sales.

• Daily training for professional, personal, and financial growth.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have or have passed the exam for the Massachusetts pesticide applicator license.

• Have positive attitude, serve our customers and work with a smile.

• Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Work around insects, rodents, wildlife, and unsanitary conditions.

• Must be able to use a ladder and work at heights.

• Must be able to work in confined spaces.

• Must be able to lift fifty pounds and walk and stand for prolong periods.

• Must be able to use a computer and smart phone, navigate internet browsers, company CRM, Zoom and email.

• Must be professional in appearance and presentable in company uniform.

• Must be able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be teachable and trainable.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
