Official Rules — Nukingstreet “Pest-Free for the Holidays” Giveaway

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Nukingstreet Pest & Wildlife Control, LLC, 9 Moody Rd., Suite B11, Enfield, CT 06082 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents within 30 miles of Enfield, Connecticut, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Nukingstreet Pest & Wildlife Control, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and individuals living in the same household are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
No purchase necessary.
Visit www.nukingstreet.com/holiday and complete the nomination form in full.
You may nominate yourself or another family in need.
Entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on November 15, 2025.
Limit one nomination per person.
Disqualification: Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
4. Prize
One (1) winning household will receive a General Pest Control Service valued up to $1,000.
Includes treatment for common household pests (ants, spiders, roaches, rodents, stinging insects, etc.).
Exclusions: Termites or other wood-destroying organisms, wildlife removal, exclusion, or repair services.
Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
All eligible entries will be entered into a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about November 29, 2025 (Black Friday).
The selected winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days.
If no response is received within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.
6. Prize Fulfillment
Service must be scheduled and completed by March 1, 2026, subject to weather and technician availability.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and service address prior to scheduling.
7. Publicity & Release
By entering and/or accepting the prize, participants grant Nukingstreet Pest & Wildlife Control permission to use their name, likeness, testimonial, photographs, or video footage for promotional or marketing purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for administering this Promotion and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Data will not be sold or shared without consent.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion if technical failures, fraud, or unforeseen issues compromise its integrity.
All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding.
10. Limitation of Liability
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Nukingstreet Pest & Wildlife Control, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, or loss resulting from participation or prize acceptance.
11. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
